Front of House Member

Hours – 25-35 hours per week

Working Days – Tuesday to Saturday (outside of May-October our opening days are reduced)

Working Hours – Evening Services start at 5.30pm and usually finish around 11/11.30pm

Start Date – February (we are flexible with the actual starting date)

Wage – £10ph plus equal share of very generous tips


Welcoming guests and seating them

Delivering food dishes to our guests and explaining the elements

Preparing and serving drinks

Using our till system and taking payments at the table

Keeping Front of House areas clean and tidy at all times

Daytime cleaning and setting up of the dining room and public areas ready for evening service (please note that we are happy for this to happen in the late afternoon so it runs into the evening service)

Keeping fridges stocked

Putting away wine/drink orders

Required Skills/Qualities:

Friendly, confident persona


Experience in hospitality

Passionate about food and drink

Willingness to learn

Great customer service skills

Team player
