Chris Essex and Thomas Carr himself make up the intricate kitchen team at The Olive Room.

Chris has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, and has known Thomas for many years; infact Chris started off as Thomas’s boss when they worked together at the Watersmeet Hotel in Woolacombe!This fantastic duo then worked together to set up the newly established Kentisbury Grange alongside Michael Caines MBE, where they attained two AA rosettes within the first six months.The Front of House team is led by our Restaurant Manager, Rebecca who always works hard to ensure that our guests have a quality dining experience with us and always receive a warm welcome.
